Noorvera is a B2B AI-search visibility platform for local businesses at https://noorvera.com. It is hosted cloud software the customer operates. It is not a marketplace and it does not guarantee rankings, revenue, or that an assistant will name the business.

These Terms govern use of Noorvera at https://noorvera.com. By starting a trial or a paid plan you agree to them.

License. During an active subscription we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the hosted software for the locations on your plan. You do not receive the source code. The license ends when the subscription ends.

Plans. Free is US $0 and includes the public audit. Starter is US $29 per month for 1 store. Pro is US $89 per month for up to 5 stores. Agency is US $299 per month for up to 30 stores. These are fixed monthly software subscriptions. Annual billing on Starter, Pro, and Agency is 20% below the monthly price, billed for the year in advance. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes Paddle may add.

Free trial and renewal. Each new customer may take one 7-day free trial on Starter or Growth Pro. The trial begins when checkout is confirmed. You will not be charged if you cancel before the seventh day ends. If you do not cancel, the plan converts to a paid subscription at the price shown at checkout and the first charge is taken. After that, the subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel in 1 click from the account dashboard before the renewal date. Agency does not include a free trial. One trial per customer and payment method.

14-Day No-Questions-Asked Full Refund Guarantee. If you request a refund within 14 days of the charge date, Noorvera asks Paddle to return 100% of that charge. The reason does not matter. Copying the script, running a diagnosis, or using the software does not reduce or refuse the refund. The full text is on the Refund Policy.

Cancellation. You may cancel by emailing support@noorvera.com from the account email, or from the billing portal when Paddle checkout is enabled. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. Deleting a browser session does not cancel a subscription.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The diagnostic compares how public pages and search notes describe a business name. Share figures are an estimate from that evidence. They are not a guarantee of future ranking, revenue, or that a crawler will recrawl on a schedule. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business name and for any text you paste onto your own website.

Liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Noorvera is not liable for lost profits, lost rankings, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to a subscription is limited to the fees you paid for that subscription in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
