Noorvera is a B2B AI-search visibility platform for local businesses at https://noorvera.com. It is hosted cloud software the customer operates. It is not a marketplace and it does not guarantee rankings, revenue, or that an assistant will name the business.

14-Day No-Questions-Asked Full Refund Guarantee. If you request a refund within 14 days of the charge date, Noorvera asks Paddle to return 100% of that charge. The reason does not matter. Copying the script, running a diagnosis, or using the software does not reduce or refuse the refund.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

How to request it. Email support@noorvera.com from the account email with the charge date, or use the refund link on the Paddle receipt. We reply within 24 business hours and ask Paddle to return 100% of that charge to the original payment method. You do not need to open a card dispute for a first request. This page does not itself issue the refund. Paddle returns the payment.

If you cancel the 7-day free trial before the first charge, there is no payment to return. The 14-day guarantee applies to each successful charge and runs from that charge date.

Cancel the next renewal in one click from Account & Billing. Cancellation and the refund guarantee are separate. Cancelling stops the next charge. A refund request within 14 days of a charge that already happened is still covered.
