Noorvera is a B2B AI-search visibility platform for local businesses at https://noorvera.com. It is hosted cloud software the customer operates. It is not a marketplace and it does not guarantee rankings, revenue, or that an assistant will name the business.

Noorvera (“we”) provides an AI-visibility diagnostic at https://noorvera.com. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it. It is written to meet the information duties in the GDPR and the CCPA.

Account and contact data: if you email support@noorvera.com or start a trial, we keep your email address and the plan you select. Store data: names you type into the scanner, competitor names, and the prescription text generated from those names. Technical data: browser type and coarse logs of page use.

We use this data to render the diagnostic, remember a copied prescription during the session, answer support requests, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information. We do not use the store names you type to train a public model.

Protection. The site is served over HTTPS. Card numbers are collected by Paddle, not stored on Noorvera. Account records stay in the browser you used to sign in, plus the subscription status Paddle sends. Access to support email is limited to Noorvera operators. We do not sell contact lists.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Billing terms are in the Terms of Service. Refunds requested within 14 days of a charge are described in the Refund Policy.

Legal bases. We process account data to perform the subscription contract. We process technical logs for our legitimate interest in keeping the service reliable. Where the GDPR applies, you may object to legitimate-interest processing, request access, correction, or deletion, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Where the CCPA applies, you may request access to or deletion of personal information and we will not discriminate against you for making a request. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle processes payment card data. We receive a subscription status, not your full card number.

You may request access or deletion of your account email by writing to support@noorvera.com. We reply within 24 business hours and keep support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the request and meet tax rules that apply to Paddle’s records.
